Sasha Pivovarova for American Vogue in Alexander McQueen.
That sentence is amazing somehow.
I (renee) have decided that, from now on, I will either post pictures of clothes I would actually wear or seriously beautiful images. And that's it. No more reckless posting of things I only half-like.

Kate Winslet

By the way, I would like to congratulate myself.  Renee, you have set a new record - 50 something posts in one month.  Also, something you should be proud of, you have emptied and deleted three folders on your computer.  Bravo.  You have only.. uh..five more to go.  Oy.  But you can do it! You can have a completely cleaned out Style folder.  You can!

Oh, what the heck.  Let's be all girly and post some...
Jane Austen, baby!
One of the main reasons I enjoy the new film of Pride and Prejudice is because the colours - particularly the blues - are just gorgeous.  With modifications, obviously, I would wear just about every costume in that movie.  Well, at least, Lizzie and Jane's. Gwyneth Paltrow has lovely costumes in Emma as well - but they aren't as personally (gosh, I hate this word but it's the only one I can think of-) inspiring the way the Pride and Prejudice clothes.  P&P will date, already has a bit, but it still looks pretty to me.  Although, I liked Keira Knightley's hair a lot more in '05. Hm.
Kate Winslet is gorgeous, and that hat is totally sweet, so she is included, too.

Katharine Hepburn

Nothing can compare to a nice cardigan and trousers to my mind.
